Our Commitment to Safety
We invite you to check in with yourself to confirm if you are physically and medically ready to participatetake responsibility. If you have a history of fainting, this activity might not be suitable. Drugs and alcohol are unwelcome here (and you won’t miss them, either). The One Flow experience are desiged around peak moments that involve exposing your body to hot and cold environments. Our guides are there to enhance your journey, however, you are the captain of your ship, you lead your own journey.
