Naomi discovered a profound sense of strength, peace, and grounding on her yoga mat during one of the most challenging and traumatic periods of her life. Hitting rock bottom, Sculpt and Yoga became her refuge, helping her build resilience, confidence, and inner calm. Realising the transformative power of these practices, Naomi embarked on a 200-hour yoga teacher training. Naomi’s classes are designed to challenge yet nurture, offering a space where students can explore the strength of their bodies, still their minds, and ultimately experience the power of transformation both physically and mentally, encouraging them to step off the mat with renewed energy and a sense of purpose. I believe movement is medicine, and yoga is one of its most powerful forms. My classes blend strength and soul, inviting you to show up fully, breathe deeply, and leave with a clearer mind and a stronger body. Off the mat, I follow whatever keeps my soul alive: oceans, mountain peaks, dance floors, or pages in a novel.
