Borril
Dominique completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Power Vinyasa training in 2013. After attending a Hot 26 class in 2010, she was drawn to the intensity of the practice and the numerous physical benefits thereof. Dom is powerful runner and yoga was the perfect way to complement her training. The initial physical benefits and she found changed her physical body, making it leaner and lighter, but also transforming her attitude, beliefs, perceptions and thoughts. Yoga has taught her self acceptance, authenticity, compassion and gratitude. She enjoys guiding her students through a powerful, athletic style class which not only allows them to experience the full physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. She is also a certified kids yoga teacher and holds a BA degree in Psychology and Cultural & Literary Studies from UCT.

Adri Coetzee brings a warm, grounded presence to her teaching, shaped by her training in both India and Cape Town. With an Ayurvedic-inspired approach, she emphasizes balance, mindfulness, and connection in every class. A dedicated practitioner of yoga for over a decade, Adri found that yoga not only transformed her life, it opened her heart. She teaches with compassion, experience, and a deep belief in the power of yoga to bring body, mind, and spirit into harmony.

Piennaar
Ashwin brings a steady, grounding presence to his classes, guiding students toward a feeling of balance—whatever that may look like for them. Whether it’s calm, clarity, relaxation, or simply feeling more level than when they walked in, his intention is to lead you, reliably, to the same good place each time. He trained in Rishikesh, India, Ashwin draws on his background in Ashtanga and Yin Yoga as well, at One Flow, he focuses on Power and Beginners Yoga. The intention is that students leave feeling just a little more equipped to face whatever comes next. Fun fact: He once had five dogs. All named Toby. O Donnell
"Darja was born and bred in Berlin and is the mother of 2 grown up kids. Darja has practiced Yoga for over 20 years all over the world and been teaching since 2019. If not teaching yoga ,she runs her own modelling agency D management Cape Town. Her Vinyasa & Power classes are strong and dynamic , focusing on developing her student's mind and body awareness as well as building physical strength. With a focal point on the Breath, creating synchronicity between movement and breath, students are led into a meditative practice. Her intelligent sequencing with personally curated playlists makes her Vinyasa flows creative and never boring. Darja's aim is for her students to leave each class in a state of bliss, centered and revitalized. She completed her 200hr at The Yoga Life Cape Town in 2018 and her advanced teachers training in 2022 at The Shala Cape Town. She has also done a Yin Yoga 100hrs online training through Yoga Renew in the United States."
